Try QuerySaveAgent

You can use a QuerySaveAgent, which will run whenever a document is saved.

Add a NotesVar like this to the Custom_MailMemoDictionary_Lite subform in Forms85_x

<NotesVar NAME={$$QuerySaveAgent} INITIALVALUE={“YourAgent”}>

Then add the agent "YourAgent" into the Forms85_x.
